  • Why is Shea Butter good for the skin?
    Shea butter is used for its moisturizing effects. These benefits are tied to shea’s fatty acid content, including linoleic, oleic, stearic, and palmitic acids. Shea Butter also contains vitamins A, E, and F, antioxidant vitamins that promote circulation and healthy skin cell growth. It also contain anti-inflammatory products. This may help minimize irritation caused by environmental factors, such as dry weather, as well as inflammatory skin conditions, such as eczema.
  • Why is Mango Butter good for the skin?
    Mango butter is a rich moisturizer, it is very soothing and healing. It contains essential fatty acids and antioxidants that make it a wonderful choice for the skin.The Vitamin C in mango butter helps it to boost the skin, brightening it, while the Vitamin A helps to increase the skin's youthful appearance, reducing fine lines.
  • What is Vitamin F?
    Vitamin F is not a vitamin. However, vitamin F is a term for two fats — alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and linoleic acid (LA). Vitamin F is known to hydrate the skin while also providing anti-inflammatory benefits and replenishing and restoring the skin's barrier.
  • How often should I use body scrubs?
    Start off using body scrubs once per week, and then gradually increase to 3-4 times per week. If you are new to exfoliation, first test on one part of your body. If you have sensitive skin, you should speak with your dermatologist for frequency.
  • Does your products contain perservatives?
    Currently, only our body scrubs contains a preservative. We use Optiphen Plus for our preservative which is good for 1 year.
  • What is your return & shipping policy?

  • What if my body butter arrives melted?
    If melting does occurs during transit, you can simply pop the product into the fridge for 1 hour or until it solidify and it will still be usable. Remember to keep away from direct sunlight and to keep at room temperature.
